The company has therefore implemented and maintains a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and the guidelines of 5/11/2013 “on Good Practices for the Distribution of Medicines for Human Use” (ex art. 84 and Article 85b (3) of Directive 2001/83 / EC).

IATA Agent: GM International is globally recognized by means of a IATA code identifying high quality standard in air transportation and across all operations with over 250 IATA member airlines. Being a IATA Agent, GM International can access the IATA management system, thus accelerating the implementation of the all transport practices.

Through a careful analysis and monitoring of all activities and departments of the company, the Certification Body has found in GM International a system aimed at the highest customer satisfaction, thus guaranteeing quality in contract management at all stages of application. GM International can therefore offer qualified services to all customers, specially to those who are required to use only ISO 9001 certified suppliers.


AEOC Certification: GM International is an Authorized Economic Operator (AEOC Certification) is therefore subject to minor customs controls; it benefits from priority check, when goods are selected for customs control; enjoys better relations with the customs authorities through the Customers’ Client Coordinator and can therefore guarantee Customers  a faster service in shipments and troubleshooting.


Certificato GDP GM InternationalGDP Certification: On 5th November 2013, the European Commission produced a document outlining the principles of good distribution practice (GDP)of medicinal products for human use, with specific indications on transport and storage of products in order not to alter the characteristics of the medicines, taking into account variables such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, hygiene and cleansing. In order to constantly improve the service offered to its Customers of the pharma sector, GM International has successfully concluded with the Bureau Veritas Italia SpA the Certification process.


HACCP Certification: GM International’s warehouse is HACCP-certified, which means it is equipped to handle chemical for food industry in a complete safe way and in compliance with Italian and European regulations, offering customers relevant time and cost savings.


Pharma Certification In November 2019, GM International received from the UOC Pharmaceutical Supervision the official notification of the authorization for the deposit activity for the subsequent distribution of active substances, as required by Article 108 bis of Legislative Decree 219 of 24 April 2006. As indicated in the communication, GM International has complied with all the obligations envisaged by the regulations, including the preparation of a warehouse dedicated to the management of active substances, the passing of an inspection by the ATS Supervisory Commission, the identification of a Technical director responsible for the activity and the organization of an updated list of all the substances treated.
